Infopeople's recruitment approach combines personal service with advanced technology. We invest a lot of time in getting to know our clients' businesses, making regular visits and even attending courses on industry sectors in which our clients operate. These sectors include banking, insurance, IT, telecoms, retail, utilities, manufacturing and the public sector.

All of our recruitment consultants have access to a comprehensive database of candidate details. We are continually working to augment our existing pool of high-quality applicants in a number of ways including advertising, recruitment open days, and the Internet. Our reputation also means a high number of applicants are sourced through referrals.

A Fresh Approach

An aspect of Infopeople's approach that is fundamental to its business model is specialisation. The company does NOT provide a one-stop shop within recruitment and human resources. Rather, Infopeople focuses on meeting the demand for skilled Information Technology (IT), Internet and e-commerce professionals. We focus on certain areas of IT proficiency in two ways:

Contracting/Temporary:
The company's expertise in this field ranges from finding people for temporary roles for periods as short as 1–2 days to cover during an unplanned emergency, through to placing senior contractors for periods of a year or more to work on major projects.

Graduate/Permanent/Executive:
Hiring a permanent member of a team is an important decision, and Infopeople takes it seriously. The company is not only matching skills to a position: permanent placements are about matching personalities, attitudes, culture and work ethics. Taking the client's organisational culture into consideration, Infoeople matches suitably qualified candidates to appropriate positions.

2.  Attract/Approach Candidates

  • Attract/approach and interview of candidates by experienced consultants

3.  Submit Shortlist

  • Present detailed profiles of short listed candidates to the client

4.  Candidate Interview by Client

  • Infopeople organises the whole interview process with the candidate(s) for the client

5.  Candidate Selection

  • Infopeople acts as agent and helps close the deal in that role, skilfully negotiating the contract and checking references

6.  Appointment and Follow-up

  • The candidate is appointed and Infopeople ensures through on-going follow-up that the transition is successful
