Our commitment to our permanent, executive and graduate candidates
Better opportunities make us a better
consultancy. Most of our clients are blue-chip
organisations, and they all use us to fill a wide
variety of rewarding permanent and contract roles.
What's more, because many use Infopeople on a
preferred basis we can offer our candidates many
vacancies which you will never see advertised.
Finding a job that suits your technical skills,
in a company that suits your personality. We are
not interested in simply filling vacancies. Our
business depends on finding the best people for our
clients so we only send out a very small number of
CV's per job. This means you can be sure we will only
put you forward for roles that match both your
experience and personality.
We believe in being as straight with candidates
as we are with clients. We will consult you before
we send your CV to a client and we will never push you
towards a job that you are not 100% sure about. In
fact we treat you with all the care and attention we
show our clients, so much so that many of our
candidates become our clients in their time.
Professional Conduct
Infopeople at all times will conduct itself in a
professional manner in the way it represents you to a
prospective employer. This will include:
- To always seek permission from you before
submitting your details to a prospective employer.
- To accurately represent your skills to any
prospective employer.
- To provide you with accurate details relative to
any position available.
- To provide you with feedback on your interview
performance and counsel you where problems do occur.
- To assist you with any problems you have. This
would include all work and peer/management issues
that may occur whilst you are in your probationary
period.
- To counsel you on training needs and provide
opportunities for you to access subsidised training.
- To ensure that you are happy with the position
accepted. If this is not possible, Infopeople
will endeavour to find an alternative position for
you and negotiate an early termination with the
employer.
- Should you decide to change your status from a
permanent to contract role, we will work with you to
facilitate an appropriate career change.
