The nature of our work requires the highest standards of quality and professionalism. Our work is demanding, but in return it is extremely rewarding. Our senior consultants work in integrated teams reflecting many different skills and backgrounds, and all have on-going opportunities for exposure to client and other organisations and to senior management at Infopeople®. They gain invaluable experience in evaluating, analysing, and developing solutions to complex business issues, and they have direct exposure to senior executive decision making and the management processes of complex situations.

Our ability to deliver high quality results to our clients is dependent on developing and supporting a staff of the highest calibre individuals. We therefore are committed to a philosophy of attracting and retaining an extraordinarily talented team of professionals with a broad and diverse set of skills and experiences.

To build this positive talent flow, we develop and reward individuals at as rapid a pace as they can attain. We refer to this as having a "speedometer" approach, rather than an "odometer" approach. While we have a deep and experienced cadre of senior consultants who can greatly accelerate the learning of our newer people, we do not foster a set "way" or "cookbook" which structures how we work. Individuals are encouraged to exercise their creativity and initiative in the way they work with clients and in the contributions they make to develop the firm. We recognise that to maintain our healthy backlog of business, strong client relations, and our "small company" culture we must continually recognise and reward the proactive initiatives of individuals creatively improving our services portfolio, approach to the market, and company infrastructure.
