Giving Notice

Don't let this stop you from finding your next IT position

While you will be obliged to give your employer notice before leaving your current position don't let this stop you going for a new job that really appeals to you.

We'll negotiate on your behalf with a prospective employer to move the starting date back. The majority of skilled IT professionals are already in work so employers realise that you'll be required to give notice.

Notice should never be regarded as an insurmountable hurdle — people will always wait for a good thing.
